- A Utah man who allegedly threatened to shoot up New York City synagogues in a series of social media posts was arrested in New Jersey Friday evening as he tried to cross into Manhattan via the Lincoln Tunnel Friday.
Luis Ramirez, 23, who wrote the threatening posts in Hebrew, was taken into custody by Port Authority police officers.

-A Bergen County, New Jersey resident with a confirmed case of measles may have spread the highly contagious virus to others while at Englewood Hospital, the state Health Department says.The unidentified patient was at the hospital on February 9th, between 11:30am and 5:30pm (Shlomo Schorr)
