The proposed medical facility will be located near Airport Road and Cedarbridge Avenue. Recent efforts to upgrade healthcare in Lakewood are driven by an influx of seniors moving to the area and the need for more local healthcare services. Currently, many residents travel to Jersey Shore Medical Center or Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch for childbirth, while Brick Hospital has become an alternative for some locals. In Toms River, community leaders, including askanim led by the Vizhnitz Lakewood Yerushalayim Rebbe, have been actively working to improve medical care at community hospital to meet the community's needs.

-Nine low-income New Jersey school districts bucked national trends and are now performing above pre-pandemic achievement levels in reading, math, or both. The districts include Union City, Woodlynne, Lakewood Township, Ventnor City, Commercial Township, Englewood, Garfield, Hillside, and Beverly City.
