NJ.com LAKEWOOD — A fugitive who was one of the top 12 most wanted criminals in Puerto Rico was arrested in Lakewood on Wednesday, authorities announced on Friday. Members of the New York and New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force in Trenton arrested Ezequiel Manners at a warehouse in Lakewood, according to a news release from the U.S. Marshal's Office.
Manners was an employee at the warehouse where he worked under a fake name, authorities said. He was wanted by authorities in Puerto Rico for first-degree homicide and weapons charges.
Manners is also a suspect in two unrelated homicides in Puerto Rico, according to the U.S. Marshal's Office. Manners was arrested and will be transported back to Puerto Rico. NJ.com
