TBL-After the March 5th agreement signed by PRV there was significant disagreement in PRV as many residents and even members of the board had not been consulted nor had they agreed to the arrangements int he agreement. On March 9th, a meeting open to all PRV residents was held and a public vote was held on a new agreement. The residents voted in favor of the new agreement.

The primary changes in the new agreement are:
1) There will be no entrances to the Shopping Center on Pine Street. The only entrance will be on Ave of the States. The proposed entrance from Cedarbridge (if Vine is not able to be opened) was eliminated.
2) The PRV association will not only not oppose, but they will actively support an approval.
While this agreement ensures that PRV can not oppose the application, this agreement remains as faulty as the previous agreement and there are other groups along Pine Street that are moving toward litigation.
The application will be heard on April 4th at 6:00.
