The Planning board approved the master plan contingent on specific changesthat will help the infrastructure deal with the density. Initially these changes were left out or changed after the first ordnance. When the Planning board came back to vote they made sure the original items were put back in hence the hand written notes. Now the township ordnance at first reading did not include the stipulations that were contingent on approving the master plan and plan to vote on it again to finalize it.
