APP reports "Members of the Lakewood Civilian Safety Watch have ceased patrolling in Toms River after Police Chief Mitchell Little asked the group to stop all activities here. "When we learned of the LCSW in our town, they were immediately told to cease and desist any activity," Little said. "They complied." In recent days, some residents of Toms River's North Dover section have complained that members of the safety watch had been spotted driving through streets in Toms River.
