No one in Lakewood put out a List of which stores one can purchase chometz after Pesach. In other cities such as Baltimore, LA, Chicago they each have a kashrus agency whose job is to service the needs of the kehilla. Lakewooders are frustrated and left in the dark not knowing which stores are ok and which ones are problematic. Why has the KCL not taken the initiative and inform the tzibbur with the necessary information. A Kashrus agency is not only about making money it is also about servicing the tzibbur it officially represents. Askanim say, Lakewood is the envy of other kehillos, well it looks as if others have surpassed it.
