- Lakewood officials make first public comments since the onset of the corona virus criticizing gov, Murphy for the long lines at the NJ MVC opening.

- A report released Wednesday by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office found the officers who arrested  APP Lakewood reporter  “had no knowledge they were apprehending a reporter,” clearing them of wrongdoing.

- A Judge in NYC grants Ezras Nashim the all female orthodox volunteer ambulance company , a license to operate their ambulance service. The Ruling reversed a decision by the Regional EMS Council of NYC. Hatzoloh will appeal with a  hearing set this afternoon.

- 5 new positive cases in Lakewood totals 2608/186

- Victory for religious groups, the Supreme Court rules 7-2 in favor of the Trump administration's rules allowing companies to claim a religious or moral exemption to providing birth control coverage to employees.

-NJ has 335 New positive cases and 53 deaths 

-Murphy:
Not wearing a mask is an act of selfishness, you think you're invincible.

We do not want anyone camping out overnight at a NJ MVC Agency.  Agencies will be open 6 days a week.
-Exceptions for outdoor mask if  under two years old, eating or drinking at a outdoor establishment, if it would inhibit health or safety.

-Families receive the P-EBT money $416 per eligible child  extra food benefits through a State program called Pandemic EBT or P-EBT benefits. P-EBT benefits will be released beginning on Wednesday, July 8 for SNAP recipients on their Families First card. Families who are not SNAP recipients will begin receiving P-EBT cards the week of July 13.

- Gov. Murphy: People in New Jersey will now be required to wear masks outside in public when social distancingisn’t possible Gov. Phil Murphy said this morning he will sign an executive order He did not specifically say what the penalty would be for violators and admitted this will be more difficult to enforce. He was asked if that means you can get a ticket if you’re walking on a boardwalk at the Jersey Shore without a mask. “If you’re there by yourself or with your family, the answer is no,”  “But if you’re congregating with a lot of other folks and there’s no social distancing, you’re gonna at least get a warning, if not something stronger.”

- Out of town bochurim may have  problem entering the US if the yeshiva is remote only: According to the federal Student and Exchange Visitor Program, the U.S. Department of State will not issue visas to students in online-only classes, and border agents will not allow them back into the country. -Lawsuit: Employee sues Lakewood BOE, and school district officials: A former township public schools grants facilitator is suing the Board of Education and several officials alleging she was wrongfully terminated after expressing concern in 2019 over what she considered improper and unethical practices by board employees.
