NJ  residents who have school age children that are eligible for free or reduced school lunch meals but do not receive EBT Snap will receive a one time credit card for $99.62 per child. Many Lakewood area residents have already received this in the mail. The envelope from NJ Dept of Human services is addressed to the Child's name has a POB return address in Chicago and includes a pre paid Mastercard debit card for $99. The card is welcomed everywhere Mastercard is accepted. Those who receive food stamps are getting a 15% increase loaded onto their EBT cards.
