Unlike previous years the Lakewood vaad has endorsed candidates in a primary election. This election has been quiet no robo calls or ads calling on everyone to go and vote. A voting district was set up at the new bmg building for this election. As the presidential election gets closer both candidates will be vying for NJ votes there is talk of Cory Booker joining the Hillary Ticket as they met last week. Trump has ties to Lakewood too which will make an interesting race to watch.
