 5 duplexes on undersized lots.
Appeal # 4039 – Melvin Feigenbaum, Cedar Drive, Block 263 Lot 2, CLP zone. To construct a
 single family home needing bulk variances.

 Use variance to construct a duplex on a 10,033 square feet where 12,000 is
 required. Variance for side yard setback requested.
